Whatever sport your league plays, there's a free league website for you

Next season will be the ninth year that we have been using LeagueRepublic to manage the Hertfordshire and Middlesex junior rugby leagues. Each year we have grown in number of teams and fixtures, with almost 800 games played and administered by the site last season. In that time we have found the site extremely user friendly and adaptable to our needs. On the odd occasion when we have requested changes the support staff have been incredibly quick to respond and only too happy to help, often beyond the strict requirements of their own site but also in administering and interfacing to our hosting service. I know that it is a great company because the same staff have been supporting us for almost all the time we have been a user! How many technology companies could you say that for??

The Gt. Harwood & District Bowling League comprises 46 crown green bowling teams in East Lancashire, with a total individual membership of approx. 600 bowlers.

The LeagueRepublic website was recommended by one of our members who also plays in a local snooker league, which already had a website set up.

Players in any sporting league are anxious to keep abreast of individual and team performances as the season goes on. Provided team captains get the info to the League Secretary and he, in turn, keeps the website up-to-date, statistics can be viewed much quicker than relying on the local press. The particular feature most helpful in this respect, is the instant updating of league positions via the SMS system of texting-in results.

The feedback has been 100% positive from those members who can access the internet, but I still have to run my 'manual system' in tandem, for those members who are not computer literate.

We are a softball league located in Ottawa, Canada. We are one division of 15 teams and roughly 250 participants. We play a majority of our games on an historical ball diamond located in the Department of Agriculture Experimental Farms. I have been involved in the league for 21 years but it has been around for many more years evolving from a fastball league in the fifties I believe.

In 2003 I did a Google search to see what was out there and started with a trial of the Website putting in the schedule manually. It was tough to get people away from email to have one place to go for information. Now we would be lost without it.

We use the site to share the schedule, for online registration and payment (using PayPal). All team captains have accounts to enter scores and keep the site as up to date as possible, to post all tournament schedules, results and other events throughout the year.

The news is very helpful and fast to get things posted. The venue pages are excellent with the Google integration. Schedule and standings are also a huge draw. Accounts for all teams to manage their teams and update scores.

We recommend LeagueRepublic to others because the cost is perfect - free, the new look is attractive and clean and the support is excellent.
